Strength and Conditioning - Sport Specific

At Victory Allied Health, we have the ability to offer a multitude of different sport specific training programs. These programs are able to be tailored to individuals or to a team sport environment. During these sessions we will be looking at building fitness and replicating real game scenarios to aid you in getting you the best results possible. We can provide a wide variety of periodization plans based on when you need to be at your peak fitness level. We can also create gym based programs that can be conducted on your own or with a trainer. These programs will be aiming to make you stronger and less injury prone in the areas that may have let you down in the past. The conditioning programs that we design will be based around the energy systems that you mainly use in your sport and will once again replicate those levels in a training environment to prepare you for the real thing.
