About me: My philosophy regarding exercise and health is that it is always essential to take a holistic view for any program. No facet of the body or health exists in isolation and therefore must be considered in relation with everything else around it. If we strengthen the knee, we must also consider the hip and the ankle. If we consider weight loss, we consider exercise AND diet. Our path to success is a whole lot shorter if we look at the forest and not just the trees.
